When one word ends in T and the next begins with a Y sound, like 'you' or 'yours', then the two sounds mix to give a TY sound, which is almost a CH sound.

Pleased to meeT You = Pleased to me CHOO

That tie doesn't suiT You. (SOOCHOO)

This is called assimilation.
